Suggested Use: 

As a pre- and post-bathing ritual, drink 8-16 ounces of purified water to stay hydrated. Fill your tub with warm water. Sprinkle the entire contents of the packet and stir the bath with a wooden spoon to make sure the salts fully dissolve. Hop in the tub, immersing your body for 15-20 minutes, keeping the water at a consistent temperature and relax while the algae goes to work. Emerge from your soak and towel dry. Do not rinse - algae can remain active for 12 hours. Immediately wrap yourself in a towel and relax under a warm blanket for 20-30 minutes while the algae continues to purify. Towel dry. Rest.
